Privacy Policy — Fog of War / Mgła Wojny

What the app does

Fog of War lets you select a video from your device and optionally cover it with a “fog of war” overlay that you reveal by touch. It is intended for RPG / tabletop sessions and similar use.

Data we collect

We do not sell personal data. Selected videos are not uploaded to our servers.

Videos you select are read locally so the app can play them and draw the fog overlay.
Local preferences (language, tutorial, ad-free entitlement cache) may be stored on your device.
Advertising (AdMob / Google) — the free version may show ads. Google’s advertising SDK may process device identifiers (including Advertising ID), coarse location/IP, and interaction data under Google’s policies. You can remove ads with a subscription.
Subscriptions (Google Play Billing) — purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive entitlement status (whether you have an active ad-free subscription), not your full payment card details.
The app has no account login of its own.

Permissions

Depending on Android version and WebView behavior, the app may declare:

Internet / network state — WebView, AdMob ads, and Play Billing.
Advertising ID (AD_ID) — used by AdMob for ads.
Billing — Google Play subscriptions.
Read videos / read external storage (legacy) — to allow choosing a video from your gallery when required.

You choose which video to open. You can deny storage/media permission; then video selection may not work. Ads require network access.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect children’s data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Do czego służy aplikacja

Mgła Wojny pozwala wybrać wideo z urządzenia i opcjonalnie przykryć je „mgłą wojny”, którą odkrywasz dotykiem. Aplikacja jest przeznaczona m.in. do sesji RPG.

Jakie dane zbieramy

Nie sprzedajemy danych osobowych. Wybrane wideo nie jest wysyłane na nasze serwery.

Wybrane wideo jest odczytywane lokalnie w celu odtworzenia i narysowania mgły.
Preferencje lokalne (język, samouczek, cache statusu „bez reklam”) mogą być zapisane na urządzeniu.
Reklamy (AdMob / Google) — wersja darmowa może wyświetlać reklamy. SDK reklamowe Google może przetwarzać identyfikatory urządzenia (w tym Advertising ID), przybliżoną lokalizację/IP oraz dane o interakcji zgodnie z politykami Google. Reklamy usuwa subskrypcja.
Subskrypcje (Google Play Billing) — zakupy obsługuje Google Play. Otrzymujemy status uprawnienia (aktywna subskrypcja bez reklam), a nie pełne dane karty płatniczej.
Aplikacja nie ma własnego logowania konta.

Uprawnienia

W zależności od wersji Androida aplikacja może deklarować:

Internet / stan sieci — WebView, reklamy AdMob i Play Billing.
Advertising ID (AD_ID) — używane przez AdMob.
Billing — subskrypcje Google Play.
Odczyt wideo / pamięci (starsze wersje) — wybór pliku z galerii, gdy jest wymagany.

Sam wybierasz plik. Odmowa uprawnień może uniemożliwić wybór wideo. Reklamy wymagają dostępu do sieci.

Dzieci

Aplikacja nie jest skierowana do dzieci poniżej 13. roku życia i świadomie nie zbiera ich danych.

Zmiany

Polityka może być aktualizowana. Data „Ostatnia aktualizacja” zostanie zmieniona. Dalsze korzystanie oznacza akceptację zaktualizowanej polityki.
